ORDER GUIDELINES

AT PHX SPORTS APPAREL OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE IT AS EASY AS POSSIBLE TO ORDER YOUR ITEMS, AND TO GET IT MADE AND SHIPPED TO YOU IN THE SHORTEST TIME POSSIBLE. BELOW ARE GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU THROUGH THE ORDER PROCESS AND INSURE THE FASTEST POSSIBLE DELIVERY.

PROOF & TIMELINE

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT FOR ARTWORK FORM AND ALL LOGOS, WE WILL BEGIN THE DESIGN PROCESS. ALL ART FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE ORDER DATE WE WILL USE IS THE DATE WE RECEIVE EVERYTHING TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. (ORDER FORM, ALL LOGOS, AND BACKGROUNDS). NOT THE DATE THE FORM WAS SUBMITTED. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROOF IS TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS. PROOFS ARE NOT SAMPLE DESIGNS THAT CAN BE CHANGED IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT COLOR OR LOGO.  

  1. We work on orders in the order we receive them. Depending on the time of year, it can take up to 4 business days after receipt purchase on your order before we can begin your design. The actual designing process only takes a couple days to complete.
  2. After the design is finished you will be sent a full color proof. The proof gives you an opportunity to verify that the names are spelled correctly, logos placed in the correct position, and that colors are as requested. We will always correct any errors and send another proof at no extra charge. (If you add or substitute logos, change colors or background, or make any other design changes after receiving the 1st proof, there will be a $15 charge for each subsequent proof.)
  3. If you make multiple design and/or color changes that exceed three proofs, we will require an in full payment before proceeding with any additional proofs.
  4. When you approve the proof, we will begin production of your order. We will deliver to you within 3 weeks of approved payment.
  5. NO CHECKS when picking up an order.

COLOR MATCHING

We make every effort to match your colors to your specifications, however colors on your jersey may not match exactly the colors on your computer screen when you view our proofs. This is because all devices are different, and the screens display differently than printed fabrics.  Also, we do not guarantee that colors on readers will be exactly like your pervious order. We will get as close as possible, but small differences are common. For all jerseys to match ALL MUST be ordered at the same time.

RUSH ORDERS –  Sorry, we do not accept rush orders. Our policy is that rush orders are unfair to customers who have already submitted orders, whose orders would be delayed by putting rush orders ahead of them. We will do every order as fast as possible in the order in which we receive them.

RETURNS

Return shipments must be delivered back to PHX SPORTS within 15 days of the shipping date. Returns received after this time will not be honored.

-Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping package. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused.

-All return shipping charge are the responsibility of the customer.

-Return are currently processed within 5-7 business days after being received back to PHX SPORTS.

-Because custom and customized item are make just for you, they are not returnable. Customized items cannot  be accepted for return

-Clearance item are not eligible to return.

Warranties:

-Items may carry a 20 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below.

-Close out items are provided as is with no warranty.

-All bag sales, unless stated, are provided as is with no warranty.

-Pants are not warranted due to the nature of their use.

-All customized garments / items cannot be returned. This includes customized uniforms, and special order items.

-Items handled and/ or damaged by a 3rd party are not warrantied.
